FIRE fighters have been called out to a blaze caused by a washing machine in a home in South Lakeland.
Two fire engines from Kendal went to the house, in Charles Court, Burneside, at 8.28am this morning, but the fire was out when they arrived.
Fire fighters carried out an inspection and returned to Kendal Fire Station half an hour later.
